Shoto had a school project to do. Aizawa wanted each person in class to research on a hero in history that was known as a legend, the hero was of Aizawa's choice. Shoto really didnt want to do this project because it was a stupid project. Why would he ever need to know this stuff? but he had no say in the matter, so he just went with it.

He got a legend he hadn't really heard of. The legend of the shadow. He was slightly confused but he just went with it. He walked to the library and took some books that had some information about the legend he was assigned and went back to his dorm room to saw what he could find on this unknown legend.

he started flipping through the pages of the books one by one. He had managed to find out some solid information about the legend. Like when they were said to be around which was about 247 years ago which was a pretty long time. After a few long hours of scrolling through the books, it started to get dark and he took a small break as he went out into his balcony for some air. When he came back into his dorm he flipped through some more pages he saw something that caught his eye. "The summoning of the shadow". He looked down at the words reading them out loud

Shoto: huh? What the-? When the night is dark and all is lost, turn to the shadow at all costs, but dont let thou be a fool, because the shadow will make you a tool. When you need cry and shed for the shadow, now thou appear in the light that's shallow. What the hell is that supposed to mean?

he looked confused before the book started to glow and he stood up and dropped it on the ground as he backed away. He looked weirded out, confused and a bit afraid. He prepared himself for whatever he was about to see
