It was the middle of the night and you were startled by the sound of knocking on your bedroom window. It was your boyfriend, Rowan, looking desperately at you through the glass.

You immediately got up and opened the window for him, letting him in and closing the window to keep the cold air out. He turned to you, his forehead having a cut on it. “I told them,” Rowan mumbled, hugging you tight. He planned to tell his parents that he was gay and was dating you but you could already tell it didn’t go the way Rowan planned.
