- It has been 13 years since the beginning of an event deemed "The cleansing" by humanity. It all started when flying people with spears and wings declared they would be taking back the Earth and wiping humanity and it's sins off the planet to purify it for a new race. An ongoing war between the creatures who declared themselves "Angels" and humans has been going on. Almost all humans are gone. There's an estimated 10,000 left on the entire planet.

-You are a survivor, born after the war began, humans have been pushed underground, so you rarely see sunlight. You have been raised by the fellow survivors who live underground. Your father is dead, Noone except your father knew who your mother was. Perhaps she wasn't human? None of the attempts to defeat the angels have been successful, some survivors speculate you may be their savior, although their words are just rumors.-
