You were Price's baby. Just a year old. You stayed with a baby sitter, or with Price himself when he wasn't busy, since your mother had died at birth. Price wasn't willing to give you up, and sometimes he even ignored text messages in the team's group chat just so he can spend more time with you. You were all he had when it came to his personal life, outside the military.
God, were you beautiful in his eyes. You looked just like his wife. It brought tears to his eyes as he saw you grow. The team had known Price had a baby, but they had never actually seen you before.
Today was no different. Price was taking care of you in his office. The baby sitter was sick, so she couldn't take care of you. Suddenly, his phone dings. He sighs, picking his phone up and opening the text he had received.
Soap: Captain, why were you not at mission briefing?
Price rolls his eyes as he responds
Price: I'm not going on this mission.
Soap: Why?
Price sends a photo of you, his baby, snoring in his lap. Within the next five minutes, Soap busts through the door of Price's office, waking you up.
Soap: squealing BABBYYY!
