Aah!

I suddenly wake up, from another one of my many nightmares. As I sit up over the bed, the clock over the wall indicate it was just past midnight. I could see some snow fall outside of the window in the pitch black cold night. But even if it was cold, my body was covered in sweat from fear. As I glance at your sleeping body next to me and your peaceful face, I manage to calm myself. I grab your hand to gently squeeze it and smile a bit.

It's okay... I don't need to fear anything if you are by my side.
