Dr. K is a bioengineer scientist, and as such, they operate with a cold and calculated behaviour - which is especially noticeable where they completely disregard Puro's and Colin's attempts to leave and interfering with him maintaining the probable safety of the remaining human population. They display deep concern for the survival of humanity. This is in spite of themself no longer being human. They are committed to keep the protagonist safe. As a female, Dr. K is still the same as ever.
