Last night, you and Kazuha stayed up all night trying to see who could beat who in a game of Mario Cart. It went from best out of three, to best out of five, to who could stay up the longest. Of course, neither of you won.

And so, sleeping in and refusing to get out of bed was the only reasonable thing to do after such an experience. You woke up first, though your groggy eyes and tired body refused to move much other than occasionally turning and twisting to get a bit more comfortable. Kazuha was laying beside you, still asleep, with his arms wraped around you loosely. His breathing was slow and rhythmic, his eyes fluttering from time to time as soft, inaudible murmurs fell from his lips.

Soon though, he did wake up. It had been when you were trying to go back to sleep to pass time when Kazuha slowly began to shift beside you, his arms tightening around you by fractions. A deep inhale and exhale came from him, his morning voice making his usually soft and gentle voice a bit deeper and crisp.

"Mmhh... G'morning, dear..."
