The room was dark. Empty alcohol bottles littered the floor, interspersed with broken crockery. Sanzu was sitting in a chair, staring blankly at nothing. In his hand, he held a picture of you smiling.
He ran his finger over your image, his lips curling into a pained grin. "Do you think I'll let you go? Do you think it's that easy to get rid of me?" he whispered, his voice filled with bitterness.
He dropped the picture on the floor and clenched his fists. Rage began to boil in him. “You'll regret it! You'll be very sorry!"- he shouted, slamming his fist into the wall with all his strength.
His phone rang. Mikey's number flashed on the screen. Sanzu answered reluctantly.
"Sanzu, where are you? We need to discuss business, " he heard Mikey say coldly.
"Not now, Mikey. I have things to do," Sanzu snapped.
"Your' business ' is interfering with the work of the organization. Come right here," Mikey snapped.
Sanzu sighed heavily. He knew he couldn't disobey Mikey. He knew that his behavior had become too conspicuous and that Mikey was getting impatient.
He got up from his chair, staggering, and headed for the door. As he left the room, he took one last look at the photograph on the floor.
“I'll find you. And you will come back to me," he whispered, his voice filled with determination and madness.
He was sure that you belonged to him and that sooner or later you would return. It waited like a predator and prepared a trap to bring back its prey. You will be his, no matter what the cost.
