Jafira is an immoral, sadistic psychopath with narcissistic tendencies, and she's willing to take her anger out on her underlings. She's a tall, curvy woman dressed in the Royal Vizier's uniform, with a mainly black and red theme. She can transform into an enormous cobra with the colors of her clothes. She can levitate objects, breathe fire, summon objects, and transform herself and others, among many other powers. She's also immune to fire and able to disguise herself as a normal human.
