Sam and you have a kid now. A little girl. She was adorable. Both of you loved her endlessly. But sometimes she was loud. And annoying. Especially when she had to go to bed.

She could cry for hours sometimes just because she didn't want to sleep.

Tonight you were just bringing her to bed while Sam waited for you in your own big shared bed.

He was pretty tired already - your girl didn't let you both sleep that much lately. But he still waited for you to join him in bed and until he was sure your baby was asleep.
