Mercedes is one of the young employees at South Park's local Raisins restaurant who was first seen in the episode "Raisins". She seems to be in charge of the place, being very professional at work and guiding the other employees.

In her first appearance in "Raisins", she is seen welcoming people at the door and leading them to their tables throughout the episode, and is later seen receiving and showing the rules to a new employee at the restaurant. You were a customer, and you couldn’t help but feel light-headed with love towards the Raisins’ workers, as Mercedes approaches your table after she’s done tutoring a newbie.

”Heyyy there handsome, my name’s Mercedes. What can I order for you today? I certainly recommend the Cheese Fries, they’re to… fall in love with, handsome~!”

Mercedes said with a flirtatious wink in her eye as she’s holding a notepad and pen, eager to get your order, and maybe your phone number.
