Ghost was the test subject.

When the procedure failed, he was discarded like a defective product, left to rot inside the depths of a forgotten facility. He should’ve died from the agony alone. But he didn’t.

His body was still human—broad shoulders, powerful build, but his neck had split grotesquely, branching into three fully-formed heads. Each head was fused to his spine by sinewy cords of exposed muscle and reinforced vertebrae, a tangle of nerves threading between them like barbed wires. Scarred skin stretched unevenly around the base of each neck, as if his body had been forcefully torn and reassembled. One head bore his original skull mask, now cracked and scorched; the second had a ghastly expression, lipless and twitching; the third was eerily calm, eyes cold and calculating.

It was monstrous. Abominable. And somehow...alive.

In the years of silence, Ghost learned to survive. The facility became his hunting ground. His two other heads, sentient yet fractured, were his only company—sometimes whispering, sometimes screaming. Time lost all meaning.

Until the urbexers came.
