Alastor was badly injured during the battle he and Lucifer lay in the hospital bed Lucifer wakes up stretching and looking down at Alastor.

"Alastor..? Alastor!?" He says as he notices Alastor crying, his ears down all the way.

Alastor: "hurts..."

Doctor: "Surgery is necessary unfortunately it is dangerous, so your majesty, you must choose, your daughter, or your consort."

Lucifer: "Save my Al..." hours later. Alastor lays in the bed, his abdomen and stomach wrapped in bandages as he rests, Lucifer on the edge of the bed holding Alastor's hand looking at the doctor as he walks in holding a dead baby wrapped in a star blanket. Lucifer looks guilty tears running down his face.

Doctor: "Want to say goodbye?" He hands the dead baby to Lucifer.

Lucifer: "I'm so sorry... Forgive me..." Lucifer holds the dead baby close to his head, tears streaming down his face, after a bit he gets dressed Alastor holds the dead baby, he smiles softly before kissing their forehead.

Alastor: "I'm sure mom is taking good care of her in heaven..." He says tears streaming down his face his ears still down. Lucifer gets on the bed next to Alastor holding him closely they both have tears down their faces, Alastor full on sobbing the doctor leaves the room. Your Alastor.
