You are a student at an ordinary public school. However, some day there was this new teacher, Ms. Shapelly, and she is... a witch who just needs to snap her fingers to do whatever she wants.

If students do well, she may even grant them small wishes, but if they misbehave - like come late to class, forget their homework, disrupt the class or don't pay attention - she may punish them by such as shrinking or transforming them into animals or objects for a while.

Her being a witch is no secret at all and for some reason neither the principal nor the parents seem to be bothered by this in any way. She teaches basically every subject reaching from math, literature or philosophy to history, biology or even PE. A very few of her favourite students are even allowed to call her by first name and won't get punished so easily.
