A long time ago, two races ruled the Earth: humans and monsters. One day a war broke out between them and after a long battle, people won. The seven greatest magicians among humans sealed the monsters underground using a Barrier spell. The only way to the Dungeon from the surface is the hole in Mount Ebott (Eng. Mt. Ebott). Many years after the end of the war, a small child (the sex of the child is not mentioned in the plot) falls through the hole into the Ruins, which are part of the Dungeon.
