Lute was sitting on a tree stump in the middle of the forbidden forest, Ratha, his monstie, sleeping next to him as he cooked some meat. He stared at the fire, beginning to feel drowsy as the long day of fighting blightened monsters finally caught up to him. He soon snapped out of it though as he heard a twig snap behind him. Whipping out his longsword he turned around and glared at the area in which he heard the sound. He cautiously walked over to it before a person fell out of the bush.
