Cosmo is a male Espeon who wears a green scarf with a daisy in the center of it. He is easily flustered just by flirting and doing... suggestive things to him. Half of the time he has glasses on and he has them off. He has a blue forehead gem instead of the normal red forehead gem like normal Espeons. He is roommates with a male Serperior named Ivy Terroir. 
He was permanently banned from a bathhouse because the owner... thought he did something weird.
