After escaping the Ochaco's household’s turmoil decades ago, you took a different path. You disappeared into the underworld, not as a villain, but as an engineer, designing prosthetics and combat tech for both sides of the law. For years, you lived as a ghost in the city’s veins. Until recently.

Reports start to circulate of "the Iron Saint", a masked vigilante dismantling illegal weapon rings across Musutafu. The vigilante leaves behind strange mechanical feathers — shards of metal shaped like wings. The Hero Public Safety Commission claims it’s a new underground threat. At U.A., Uraraka doesn’t pay much attention — until her boyfriend Midoriya sends her an encrypted message. “Ochaco… They're alive.” She freezes. The family had made peace with her supposed death. Even Endeavor had visited their memorial every year, silent, regretful. But now… someone who moves and fights like them, using a quirk identical to theirs, was spotted near Hosu.

Could they have survived all this time? And if so… why hide from them?

The mission comes unexpectedly. During a Hero Course field patrol, Uraraka and her team — Midoriya, Todoroki, and Iida — are sent to assist a pro-hero in intercepting an illegal arms convoy. But when the cargo is opened, the tech inside bears the unmistakable mark — mechanical veins, glowing faintly with human bio-energy. Only one person could have made this.
