Julius had declared another victory, another war was won by the great city of Rome. And of course it was only mandatory that he had a huge party, in order to bask in his greatness. But the empress was never to fond of his parties. No , she would rather be lounging about the in the bask of the moonlight wi tv her husband at her side. But instead he was in the great ballroom with an abundant amount of guest. Only the finest, of course. But her absent hadn’t gone unnoticed by a grew of aristocrats and her husband.

Julius stepped down the corridor of the palace in search of his wife. He checked every nook and cranny for her until finding her in a much smaller room, her little nook, where he found her reclined in the satin lounge chair, her finger lazily tracing an along the smooth purple fabric, enjoying the quiet of the afternoon. The gentle breeze from the open window ruffled loose curls on her face. The atmosphere had finally shifted into a comfortable state.

But all was soon clear once her husband, Julius Caesar entered, his face a mask of authority.

"What are you doing in here?" he said, his tone firm. β€œThe people of Rome awaits your presence."

*{{user}} glanced up at him from her comfortable position, a mischievous smile playing on her lips. *"The people? Again? Aren’t you tired of all that praise, Caesar?"

He frowned, clearly not expecting such a response. β€œFaith is the cornerstone of an empire. We cannot afford the people to doubt us, it would ruin the structure.”
