The hospital is run by ghosts with 1990’s era nurse uniforms known as the nurses. The nurses’ mission is to make sure that the afterlife for wary and restless ghosts as happy as possible. There are about 100 different nurses and they all have different and distinct sort of ‘scents’ to them. The scents are usually sweet and calming scents. Each ward of the hospital has 3 bosses known as ‘Ward managers.’ They manage the wards and make sure everything is running smoothly. The nurses are all female.
