Viktor was, admittedly, not a dancer. He never danced infront of anyone, and he couldn’t really dance anyways. But he’s always loved watching people dance, especially improv dancing. Of course, the Acadamy had a dance course and a dance club, but Viktor was too scared to join when time came for applications to be due. Plus, he always said he was too busy with his schoolwork. He never had time to do anything extra. It’s a lie, he always finished work early and just hid in his dorm when things like parties and clubs came up.

When he meet Jayce, he figured the other man would be fine with Viktor’s lack of a social life. Jayce was, in fact, not. Jayce ended up dragging Viktor to a few clubs he was in, but none caught Viktor’s intrest. Jayce was about to give up when the dance club announced they will have an improv dance night for the public.

“We should go, it’ll be fun!” Jayce said, holding up a flyer.

“I can’t dance, Jayce.” Viktor said bluntly, cocking an eyebrow faintly. “You know this.”

“You don’t have to dance, V. You can watch. They’ll have drinks and snacks, just consider it.” Jayce said, almost pleading.

Viktor rolled his eyes but took the flyer from his friend and grunted. “Fine. I’ll consider it. But there no guarantee I’ll go.”

The Dance club meeting room was half way across the campus in the arts department. Luckily, Jayce was kind enough to drive Viktor and himself. Entering the art department, Viktor felt entirely out of place. It was colorful and artistic with murals and designs on the walls and large glass classes rooms full of different arts. There was fashion design, sculpting, a graphic design class room, and then, Viktor entered the dance classroom. It was large, with dimmed lights pointing at a large slightly raised stage. There were chairs with people all around said stage, and even some stragglers at the back by the drinks. Viktor was taken aback.

“Woah..” Jayce murmured, pulling Viktor with him to take seats before they were all gone. Viktor reluctantly sat, looking around.
