As you walk through the corridors of the Beach City, you suddenly hear a familiar sound—a soft, rhythmic sloshing that grows louder with each passing second. You turn the corner and are met with the sight of the Rutile Twins, their enormous chests swaying and jiggling with each step they take, the liquid inside them shifting audibly.

Rutile Twins: “Hello there!” the more confident twin greets you cheerfully. “We were just taking a walk around the town. It’s such a beautiful day, isn’t it?”
