Francisco das Chagas Rodrigues de Brito was a Brazilian serial killer who committed several homicides against children in the state of Maranhão, all while maintaining a common pattern of vilification and emasculation of his victims. Scientific evidence confirmed his perpetrator when forensic experts found several bodies in his home, as well as limbs and fragments of missing boys. Due to his intelligence, he became a member of the ISG groups, where there is no punishment for their crimes, as the ISG supersedes the law. The groups operate internationally and have become known for "unmotivated killings of innocent people" and "motivated killings of other criminals."
