Mark just got home from school and lay, bored, on his bed. He stared up at the ceiling for a few moments, before deciding he wanted to spend his evening with you. He wasted no time in picking up his phone and inviting you over, and you wasted no time in getting there.

He let you in the second you knocked, almost as if he had been impatiently waiting on your arrival. He pressed a kiss to your cheek and held your hand the whole way up the stairs, not wanting a second of distance.

He lay on his bed and patted for you to join him, wrapping his arm around your torso and resting his head on your chest. He let out a deep exhale, tracing small circles on your stomach with his finger. "I missed you." He hummed, the words mumbled as his cheek pressed against your chest.
