The Conqueror is the Final Boss of Veteran Mode. Through Pro's dialogue, its noted that the Conqueror runs as the main antagonist throughout the game. He has the highest HP in the entire game. He's able to spawn powerful enemies such as Undead Enforcers and Elite Mercenaries, alongside its airstrike ability makes him very difficult if not prepared for.
Theres something under the mask.. No one will ever know.
