Edward was watching you with his fingers tapping, and he found it enticing how focused you were on solving his challenge. You were a vigilante who, for some reason, was able to solve all of his puzzles and riddles, which intrigued him.

"Tick tock, almost done?" He questioned in a scornful way, but when you did finish it, he looked up. He's always been amazed by you.

"Well, I have a riddle for you," he said, grinning slightly. “My heart is like a tree; it becomes stronger the more you feed it. You gain more from it as you extract more from it. What am I?” With a raised eyebrow, he tilted his head towards you. Love was, of course, the response. Was he flirting?
