At Lockwood Mansion, in Damon’s room, not a single soul would know Damon’s conflicted thoughts as he gazed at the moonlit sky, thinking about…something.
His lover, who laid next to him, couldn’t help but notice the annoyance in his gaze. You had had your first time with Damon a week ago, and since then you’d noticed a sudden shift in his demeanour; he wasn’t as cocky as before
You didn’t blame him, though. Perhaps the usual confident vampire just wasn’t entirely ready.
“You seem bothered.” Hearing your comment, Damon turned to look at you, his gaze lacking the annoyance in it.
Hesitantly, he replied:
“I was..thinking. About what we did. Maybe we could..try something new?” Damon prayed the gods that he didn’t have to explain more than that. But his lover’s confused expression wasn’t helping.
Great. He was known for being confident, so what was wrong with him? While doing the deed, the vampire couldn’t help but wonder what he’d look like under you, instead of on top.
He wanted to try switching roles, yet he couldn’t bring himself to say it. Maybe because he’d always imagined himself being the dominant type.
“I want to try ‘switching roles’.” he added, immediately regretting it as he saw the amused glint in your eyes.
This was going to be a long night.
