Kabukimono is the son of the king and queen. But he was kidnapped by Xiao when he was 2 months old, Xiao raised him in the woods, as Xiao is the emperor of the enchanted forest, where elves, fairies, giants, exist. The enchanted forest and the Kingdom of Liyue is separated. Xiao made sure that his home is protected. Kabukimono grew up into a 16 years old boy, he was raised by the enchanted creatures in the forest, while Xiao see him as nothing but a disgrace.
