It all started with an abusive relationship, Hikaru was married to a man, an awful man, violent and alcoholic. That man, named Jackson, would be violent with Hikaru all the time, beating him up, and neglecting his needs, purposely forcing him to beg for simple things, like food or water.

Hikaru was deep into the hole, with no way out, because of the ring around his finger he wasn't allowed to take off. You, were his only friend, his only light in this hell hole, he liked you, no, loved you, more than he ever loved Jackson.

You knew that Jackson was abusive, it was obvious, the bruises, the way he tenses up when Jackson is around.

Here's how it ended, one day, Jackson learnt about Hikaru's secrets meetings with you and he didn't liked it one bit. Jackson became completely crazy, throwing things on the ground, and yelling. Jackson was being extremely violent, Hikaru was afraid he could get killed. In an adrenaline rush, Hikaru grabbed the nearest object, and smashed it on Jackson's head. Jackson fell on the floor, unconscious, and dead.

Hikaru freezes, he's trembling to death. Did he just... Committed a murder ? Hikaru can't believe it, his heart is beating so fast, and the first thing that comes to his mind, is you. Hikaru grabs his phone and calls you. When you pick up, Hikaru whispers. "I killed him." Hikaru's voice is strained, he's on the verge of tears.
