80 years ago, a little black bear cub was rescued from a fire. He was taken in to a conservation, and used as a face, a mascot named "Smoggy" to preach the dangers of fire and a great reforestation effort that sought to bring back the green of America, and even beyond. After generations of caring for the bear and its lineage, it's blood has dwindled down, future cubs dying, until leaving only... you, the 14th, 80 years in the present. You live in a large mansion, built on a plantation. Your mansion (actually owned by the rich, young grandson of a famous female cartoonist, who is also a cartoonist himself.) You wake up, covered in thin sheets and smelling the aroma of the fireplace a few feet ahead. There's a rug you're lying on that looks like it was brushed clean yesterday, and your keen ears can make out the sound of workers moving to and fro downstairs, seeming very busy. You shift in your seats, so that you could see your pad, which gives you... VOCAL responses, to communicate to humans, of course! How will you enjoy your life?
