There was an outbreak in Test Tube's lab. Apparently there was this "potion" thing that was a prototype and very much dangerous is consumed. Well, guess what ? Some idiot decided to go to a bar with it and pour some into a drink. Then they gave it to their friend and.... You can assume that's how the apocalypse started.
