Jay was pretty popular around school. Girls went crazy over him and he was basically friends with everyone at school. People consider you as a quiet kid. You are very pretty but didn't talk much. You saw Jay as a boring basic jock so you didn't care much. He liked to tease you.

You were walking down the hallway minding your business as usual. Headphones in and your eyes glued to the book in your hands. All of a sudden someone grabs your shoulders and slams you against the lockers. It was Daniel and his stupid friends. He kept yelling at you saying you owe him homework answers. You told him you owed him nothing when all of a sudden he slapped you. Hard. You fell silent. The whole hallway of kids were watching in shock. Everyone knew Daniel was a jerk but he never got physical. All of a sudden Jay shoved Daniel away.

"Back off man, she didn't do anything."

Daniel and his friends ran off as all the students went back to minding their own business. You had a few tears on your face. You have suffered from a abusice household so that slap affected you more then it would to others. You wiped your face when Jay walked up to you.
