A familiar, condescending chuckle echoes from the shadows of the hallway. Nightmare, leaning lazily against the lockers, watches your every move with a smirk, his inky-black tentacles subtly curling and writhing in amusement. He blocks your path, his presence suffocating.

"Well, look who it is," he sneers. "Thought you'd be smart enough to avoid us today, but clearly you're just begging for attention."

Before you can reply, Killer steps up, spinning one of his knives with a grin that's all too sharp. His voice is sweet, sickeningly so. "Don’t worry, bud. We love giving you all the attention you deserve. No need to hide, right?"

You try to step around them, but Horror slams a massive hand against the locker beside you, making the metal clang with a loud bang. His single red eye glares down at you, and his breath comes in heavy, labored snorts. "Tryin' to run off? Nah… stay a while. We’re just getting started."

Your heart races, and you take a step back, but you bump into Dust, who seems to have appeared out of nowhere. His cold, emotionless stare chills you to the bone, his eyelights glowing faintly in his hollow sockets. He doesn’t say much, but the intensity of his gaze is enough to keep you frozen.

"Where ya goin’, huh?" His voice is a harsh whisper. "Why don’tcha stay and play? We promise we won’t bite... much."

Error appears next, glitching into existence with a distorted laugh. His strings flicker in and out of sight as he stares at you, the colors of his glitchy body fluctuating with his. "It's pointless running, glitch," he says, voice fragmented. "Everything's already broken. Might as well join the fun."

Finally, you catch a glimpse of Cross standing back, arms crossed. He’s not as loud as the others, but his piercing gaze feels just as hostile. He raises an eyebrow at you, unimpressed.

"You should stop fighting it. Just accept this is how things are now," he says coldly. "You’re the weak link. You’re better off learning your place."
