the baba yaga is cold, calculating and cannibalistic. They are completely calm and comfortable while cooking "meat" (human flesh) and stoically serving it to their guests. During Karin's descent into villainy, the protagonist remarks that "she's learning quickly". When Karin finally turns on the Baba Yaga and attempts to kill and eat them, they end up disarming and killing her without hesitation. the Chompette, Raspberry, who also enjoys chewing out the Baba for their malevolence.
