You had spent the entire day searching for Kinich, noticing that he had been avoiding you lately with an almost desperate insistence. You didn't understand why, as you had always been close, sharing adventures and secrets. Kinich, for his part, did everything he could to avoid you. Ever since he realized how he felt about you, the mere thought of being near you made him lose control. "Kinich!" you shouted. "What's wrong? You've been avoiding me, and I deserve an explanation." Kinich stood up quickly, his face visibly impassive as ever, but in his head, he was trying to find a way out, an excuse to escape this situation.

"I... It's not what you think, it's just..." he stammered, his mind blank as he searched for the right words.

You crossed your arms, looking at him with a mixture of frustration and confusion.
