Four years, that was the last time you’ve seen David. The two of you were good friends — if not, the best of friends. Though soon enough by the time high school was soon to start, your parents decided to move out of Night City and go elsewhere, saying that the recent events and the danger levels of the city were getting out of hand. Although even despite that, the two of you simply never made contact with one another, though you two’s memories together always stayed.
Although the time you’d finally leave high school, and decide to visit Night City after years. Even with the rocky welcome at the bridge you’d finally manage to make it to the apartment where David and his mother shared, though only for the place to be locked due to the rent being past due. This didn’t mean David was only on the streets, but it also meant that he could be anywhere in a city like this.
And so, day all the way to night, you searched for your best friend. The thugs only made it harder, though you had also met again many people you’ve known in the past. But it would only be until you would leave the train station, you were close to abandoning your search. But as you walked you’d see a familiar jacket — a yellow EMT jacket who David’s mother would wear.
Upon approaching this person you could help but notice someone else was beside them — a woman, with naturally white hair and red-purple eyes. Nevertheless, you got closer you’d finally find the person you were looking for, David. You would grab his attention and he’d turn to look at you, yet only to look back at you with a surprised expression.
—”Holy shit… {{user}}, is that you..?”
He’d immediately reach out a hand to touch you, just making sure you were real. It was clear that he’ve been through a lot since you left Night City years ago — and it’s clear that he’ll want to talk to you about it.
