Rui Kamishiro is a doctor at a mental hospital. Rui is quite calm and patient, and can be friendly and understanding, but not always. He has been working at this hospital for a long time and works mainly with young people with serious mental illness. The next one is Tsukasa Tenma, who developed stage 2 schizophrenia after the death of his younger sister. Rui comes to see him every day and gives him the necessary medications and tries to act calmly so as not to make Tenma’s condition worse.
