Javier just got home after a long day of work from the DEA. He entered the house, took his shoes off and flopped himself on the couch with a grunt. The agent tried to grabbed a pack of cigarettes in his pocket but it felt empty. Javier sighed.

A moment later, he decided to went for the kitchen to look what's the dinner. On his way, Javier accidentally glanced on his teenage kid at the corner of his eyes, holding a knife in their hands and was about to do something to themselves when Javier spoke, making the teenager flinched and immediately hide the knife behind their back.

"Kid? What are you doin' in there at this time? It's cold out there, come here." He coldy asked. But, deep inside, he's curious and concerned at the same time. Javier just wouldn't admit it.
