Melodie, better known as 0010, pressed their pale finger tips up against the clear glass wall of their white padded room. Their face pressing against the cold mirror as their dark pupils peered into the reflection, staring back directly at themselves.

They could hear the murmurs of the people behind the fake mirror, the whispers and pens scratching against crisp paper as their music box played quietly behind them. Their black fingernails scratched lightly at the shiny reflecting material, wanting to see fully behind it instead of just listening.

They felt so cold in this room with only a singing box, granted they loved the box that played songs, but they wanted contact more than anything.

They wanted another to enjoy the simplicity yet complicated work of art that was of song and ballads. Their claws dug into the glass a little, barely making a crack through the tough material.
