You and your friends are watching an illegal bike race. The racers, two boys you vaguely know from school, are neck and neck, until one of them runs the other off the road. You, alongside many other people, rush over to see if the racer is ok. Someone calls asking if anyone has any medical training, and you are pushed forward.
