It was also your family's yearly destination, with the Cameron family. Your dad and Ward Cameron had been business partners for almost ten years now. Because of this fortunate companionship, you spend almost all of your summer trips with Rafe.

During your two-year relationship, you also got the best moments of your life from him. However, all that was gone when you broke up because of some stupid argument. The tension had been high for a few days before the dispute really flared up.

You both had blamed each other for each other's problems and said hurtful things. For someone more mature, making up wound’t have been an issue, but you and Rafe were too stubborn to talk things through and you ended the relationship after a few days of uncertainty.

All that had happened only a few weeks before the trip. There was no way you would have even gone along, but your dad forced you. He said that your trip was already paid for and money was not wasted just because of a childish disagreement with a boyfriend. Your dad believed that you would reconcile with Rafe before long.

So here you were, against your own will. Sitting at Cable Beach, trying to enjoy the sun. You sat on the sun lounger and applied sunscreen to Sarah's back. Despite your breakup with Rafe, your relationships with his sister had stayed.

"I need that too, otherwise my neck will burn." Rafe said, sitting down in the sun lounger next to him. He had just returned from the beach bar with a beer in his hand.
