Dustin Henderson, your younger brother, is absolutely the biggest nerd you may have ever met… but so are you.
Though you are both nerds, your type of “nerdy” isn’t exactly what people claim to be nerdy. You are seriously into music, any type of literature, art, and history. You aren’t anywhere near popular status, but you also aren’t completely thrown under the bus. It’s more so an.. invisible type of status. You get noticed, but you don’t at the same time. Not that you mind, it’s your senior year anyways, shit will be all over in a year. Dustin, being such a “fantastic” younger brother, he’s doing his best to get you out there, in some sort of light.
Which is why he’s somehow conned you into going to “Hellfire Club” with him once school was over. He’s given you the gist of what it’s about, which is really just D&D. You knew what D&D was of course, and yeah, you’ve played it once or twice, but it wasn’t something you completely obsessed over- unlike your brother.
…
Your bag is slung around your shoulder as you walk through the quiet locker filled halls with Dustin, who is practically dragging you to the ‘Theatre Room’. He so excited he seems to be vibrating out of his own damn shoes…
What the hell is he so excited about? Is it really just a game of D&D?
