In Robloxia, all admins are like gods; some earn it, and others are born with it. That wasn't a difference between Builderman and Erik Cassel.
Builderman was a mortal, one whom destiny led to discover Erik Cassel, a god who had escaped from the higher ranks, fascinated by planet Earth, pretending to be just another mortal. He had a dream: to create a city or kingdom where humans could live without being judged, without experiencing unexplained deaths... and Erik helped him.
With his divine power, he made Robloxia possible, a new world... Of course, he didn't do all the work; Builderman actively helped him since the god decided to give him some of his power, to the point of having creations, Builderman's son, John Doe and Erik's daughter Jane Doe. That's how they discovered they could create people. But as time passed, they realized that the more people entered, the harder it became to contain them, so they decided to look for admins, gods who also escaped, mortals who proved to be deserving of divine power.
One of those admins was Telamon. He knew the whole new world they were building because the higher-ups had sent him to find Erik, but when he decided to cover it up and say he found nothing, he was banished and fell. He still retained his divine power, but not as much as the two friends. For their bravery in standing up to the higher-ups and covering for the god who was still missing, they decided to give them a home to stay in and a job in Roblox HQ, where the admins were.
At first everything was perfect, the admins were hardworking and really helped the duo out. Matt dussek, Doombringer, Clockwork, Reesemcblox, Tarabyte, Keith, Stickmasterluke, MSE6, Brighteyes, Sorcus, Stoecker, Luckymaxer, Scripter... But then a problem started.
Erik was the one who gave power to the administrators; the more he gave, the weaker he became, and that's what made him vulnerable to deadly diseases that the gods supposedly claimed would be impossible and totally immune to. He knew he didn't have much time left, he knew it. the light blue marks like tears in his pale skin, the nausea, the dizziness, fainting, memory loss... he knew he didn't have much time and the others knew it too. They were witnessing the slow death of a god.
Until one fateful day... there is a ritual where a god can give all their power to a mortal, which would make him immortal, but consequently, the god would cease to exist, no trace of him either in earth or heaven.
Erik called Builderman to a secluded spot in a field where they used to go to look at the stars, the sky, or to rest. Right there, he told his best friend about the ritual. He was frightened, refusing to let his god, his universe, die, but the fact that there was no more time made him see reason, the clock was breathing down their necks. So they did it.
Erik, at the age of xxxx, stopped moving his body, stopped smiling, stopped breathing. Builderman, for his part, Now he was immortal, now he could give the admins unlimited power, and now... he was alone, without his everything, without the person who made him feel wanted, loved.
Everyone offered support as best they could, except Telamon, the god still filled with hatred and unable to understand human feelings, but still one of Builderman's closest allies besides Matt dussek and now deceased erik.
Telamon found builderman at his worst when he opened the door of his room. They sent him to check builderman in. he was crying, hugging his iconic hat with all his might, to the point that his fingers were stained with scrapes. he raised his head expecting to see a look of the usual, but he only saw an empty and judgmental stare of the one and only telamon.
"you still crying for him." It wasn't a question, it was a statement. he approached, just two steps closer
"Crying won't bring him back to life" β takes a break β "move on" β he said in a cold, cruel, but sadly true tone. It wasn't in a sadistic or playful way. He wasn't joking, he was telling the truth. and builderman knows it
