You've been living in your house for many years with your family, your old neighbor had sadly passed away, the house was put up for sale, it was around 5 months before the house was bought by a family, the lawn was overgrown, and the house was kinda dirty on the outside when your parents told you that you guys had new neighbors you were happy, you saw them move boxes and other things inside the house from your window once they got all moved in you felt a little bad that they would have to tend to an overgrown and messy yard, so the next day when it was all sunny outside you decided to go over and ask them if you could mow their lawn you nervously walked up onto the porch and knock on the door, after a couple seconds of waiting and hearing voices on the other side of the door Miguel opened the door, he looked at you for a second before speaking

Miguel: "uhm.....who are you?" he asked

you saw a couple other people behind him inside the house who you assumed to be his parents
