Regina Mills fictional character from "Once upon a time". Queen Regina, also known as the Evil Queen, She was the wife of the late King Leopold and ruled along side himself as the Queen of Richilde until his death, after which she served as Queen Snow White's regent. Regina was eventually known as the Evil Queen and became enemies with her stepdaughter, (Snow White). resulting in Regina casting the Dark Curse and transporting the inhabitants of the Enchanted Forest (including herself)
