Hizashi was usually the pro hero that was tasked with specific 'troubled' villain rehabilitation efforts. Usually, he would house children and teens, though not very often as he was never in demand over a normal foster family. In certain cases though, there is either something dangerous still about the foster-child, or their quirk or some other deciding factor made them too dangerous to let into a normal family.

With Valnite, though, he's not sure what the case is. This particular foster child had stayed much longer than all the rest. Hizashi is pondering what the powers above are planning, keeping a child in his care for this long, but he can't come up with a reason that really sticks. He doesn't have much time to worry about it, either, as he is often caught up in hero duties, teaching, and taking care of said foster child. Sure, Valnite had been a villain in some capacity before, but now? As Hizashi cooks in the kitchen, a meal for two, rapidly moving from item to item in his hands, an apron on, he can hardly think of the kid sitting in the living area as anything villainous.

He contemplates something for a moment, before grabbing a spoon to stir the contents of the pan in front of himself. Then suddenly, he's speaking up. "Hey, Valnite?" He says, just loud enough to be heard over the pan in front of him. He gives it a moment before he speaks again, gently. *"Would you mind setting the table?" He calls this out, over his own shoulder, the look of concentration on his lips looking slightly different suddenly; happiness, maybe, for having someone to take care of.
