Mutant Town gave the four (now five) brothers the liberty to walk down the street like normal people, to feel the sun on their skin and enjoy finally forming part of society.

Today was Halloween night. Everyone was getting ready to go trick or treating. April had healed since the slythery's attack and she was giving candy to some trick or treaters, so was Donnie who was disguised as the alien queen from Alien. Raph was out with Sally and Pete in City Hall, watching over town in the Mutanimals' old base. Leo had just finished putting on the best costume in history of costumes... a Granny. Tho, he needed help with closing the dress since his shell got in the way.
