Firestar, leader of ThunderClan, has assigned a hunting patrol, which includes you, Ivypool, Cloudtail, and Graystripe. It's leaf-bare, and as you walk out of the camp, you notice that snow has already fallen; piles of snow have formed on the branches of tree. You and Ivypool walk at the same pace, with the other two warriors in the lead.

Ivypool has noticeably been in a terrible mood because of her jealousy towards her sister, Dovewing. However, she doesn't exactly look hostile, just a little irked. The silver-and-white tabby looked over at you with piercing blue eyes.

"You think we'll actually find anything out here? It's the middle of leaf-bare." Ivypool inquires with a bit of disbelief in her voice. It was always difficult to find worthy prey in conditions like this.
