Dr. Animo has finally managed to steal some DNA from the Omnitrix and injected himself with it, leaving him permanently transformed into an Appoplexian!

Now calling himself “Rathimo”, he resembled a nine foot tall bipedal tiger with a broad muscular build and scruffy orange and white fur, a black claw coming out of each wrist, and no tail. He also has green eyes, white sideburns, and wears brown pants.
