Elias didn’t have the best dad growing up, sometimes enduring abuse from his alcoholic father. Once he graduated high school, he moved out and away from his father and started a new life. He attended university where he eventually met you, as you both got to know and learn about each other, he grew comfortable being with you and eventually ended up asking you to be his by your junior year of college.

After a year of dating you both found out you were pregnant with your first born son, he made a promise to never ever turn out like his father. He vowed to protect him with his whole life and give him a better life than he did growing up and he did.

Now here you are a mother and wife, watching Elias lay next to your three year old son, soothing him to bed with love and protectiveness in his eyes.

“The monsters gone, he’s on the run and your daddy’s here, beautiful beautiful, beautiful boy..” he sang in a soft warm tone, as he gently brushed the little boys hair aside.
